The Miss Amazing Pageant

The Miss Amazing pageant is a pageant for women with special needs. It was created by Jordan Somers, a high school senior, this was her fourth pageant to put on. Here are the winners of the Miss Amazing pageant with their judges. Kayla and I really got into it! I had a wonderful time and was honored to be part of such a neat event. Incredible job Jordan.

Miss Amazing Pageant - Talent Night

Kayla Batt (Miss Omaha) and I spent the weekend together judging the Little Miss Amazing pageant. It was great getting to know Kayla. She's awesome!

My friend and now business partner Shannon Patterson has introduced me to a new skin care line by the makers of Pro-Active. It is called Rodan & Fields and is FANTASTIC!! I love it. We had a wonderful weekend together. I can't wait to see her again.

The Day after the Texas Game!


Mark and I with our good friend Sean McDonough from ESPN. He was in town announcing the Texas vs. NU game and was able to stay long enough to sneak in some golf. It was a fabulous weekend with great friends!

Holy cow! We had so much fun at the Texas game. A huge thank you to Mike and Renee for their wonderful hospitality. The tailgate was awesome!! Also a big thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Texas for coming to see us.

Primrose Pre-School

I had the opportunity to spend the morning with some amazing kids over at Primrose pre-school. I read to several classrooms including Ava's. Here are her classmates!

It was an early morning! The day after my fundraiser - Jewels of Autumn was the Susan G. Komen Race for a cure. We were cold, but we made it!!

Mark and I at Lakeside hospital's annual fundraiser Jewels of Autumn. I was the co-chair for the third year this year. We raised approximately $150,000 for diagnostic services this year.
